Which plugin is right for us?
For a business of one or two people, we recommend the Founders plugin: AED 13,200 exc VAT (about USD 3,600), a guided setup you build yourself, with 2 hours of training. Teams of 10 or more start with the SME set-up, the full version built for teams. Teams under 10 book one Team Day.
What does Restricted mean?
Restricted is how the SME plugin starts on day one. It drafts and never sends, reads money and never changes it, and never deletes. A baseline rule pack is loaded, and it stays off the web with no external connectors. We switch web access and connectors on once your governance is in and the plugin is Governed.
How long until our plugin is Governed?
About a week if your inputs come back quickly, usually two. Governance is from AED 15,600 exc VAT (about USD 4,250). We build your AI Policy, DPIA screening and Manifesto, then enforce them inside the plugin. Once your rules are in, we switch on web access and connectors. Everything in Restricted stays in place.
Can the training run remotely?
Yes. We run Team Days in person or remote, room by room, on your own work. Each room holds up to 10 people and costs AED 12,000 exc VAT (about USD 3,270). Before the first day, we baseline your organisation's Claude set-up, so every room trains on the same structured set-up.
What happens after the training days?
Each training day comes with a day 30 follow up, and your set-up includes periodic updates. Once your governance is in, we switch the plugin to Governed, with web access and connectors on. From there, our Claude managed service gives your team support tickets, agreed SLAs and ongoing data mapping, priced by team size.
