Claude training in Dubai and the UAE, built on your own work

We train SME teams in Dubai and across the UAE to use Claude on the work they already do: one day per room of up to 10, in person or remote, with a follow up at day 30. Your people stop treating Claude like a chatbot and start treating it like a new starter: they brief it properly, give it a real job, check its work, and leave with that job running.

Book a call about your teamSee every price

Your data. You send us one dataset before the day, under a one page agreement. We don't keep it afterwards. It never trains a model.

The short answer

What is the best Claude training for teams?

The best Claude training for a team is built on that team's own work, not a generic course. Look for three things: the day uses your real processes and data, every person leaves with something built that they use the following week, and someone comes back afterwards to check it stuck.

Ours does all three. One day per room of up to 10, in person or remote, on your team's real jobs, with a day 30 follow up included, run by a Claude Certified Services Partner with seven Claude Certified Architects on the team.

A quick test for any Claude course you're considering:

  • Whose work is on the screen? If it's a made-up company, your people will learn the tool and not the job.
  • What does each person walk out with? Notes fade. A working skill for a job they do every week doesn't.
  • Is the timetable published? You're signing off a day out for your team. You should be able to picture it before you pay.
  • Who checks in afterwards? Enthusiasm after a training day has a half life of about three weeks. Someone should be there when it wears off.
  • Are the rules written down? What never goes near a model, and who signs off what, should be agreed before anyone leaves the room.

Why "new starter" and not "chatbot"?

Because that's the difference between a licence that gets used and one that doesn't. A chatbot answers one question and forgets you. A good new starter gets an induction, a proper brief and a written how-to, then does real work that you check and sign off. That's how we teach Claude. In 23 years in the British Army my job was making sure new people could do the job on day one. Same job. New tools.

Teams of 10 to 30

Where can we book Claude training in the UAE for an SME team of 10 to 30 people?

You can book it with us. A team of 10 to 30 is the size we train most often: one organisational Claude set-up, paid once, then one Team Day for each room of up to 10.

What a team of 10 to 30 pays (all exc VAT, at the introductory set-up price):

Team sizeTrainingSet-upTotal
About 101 Team Day (AED 12,000)AED 16,800AED 28,800 (about USD 7,850)
About 202 Team Days (AED 24,000)AED 16,800AED 40,800 (about USD 11,120)
About 303 Team Days (AED 36,000)AED 16,800AED 52,800 (about USD 14,390)

The AED 16,800 (about USD 4,580) set-up price runs until 1 January 2027, then it's AED 24,000 (about USD 6,540). Rooms can run on consecutive days or spread across a month. Teams under 10 book one Team Day.

How to book: call +971 55 760 6213, email chris@igniteaisolutions.ai, or send us your team size. Usually a reply the same day. The first step is a 30 minute scoping call.

Unused licences

We have Claude licences going unused. Who can train the team on daily use?

We can, and it's the exact problem the day is built for. Licences sit unused when nobody has shown people how Claude fits the work they already do, so on the day each person takes one weekly job, builds it into Claude, and leaves with it working.

The day 30 follow up checks it's still in use. If it isn't, we fix it then.

What we usually find when we arrive:

  • A few people are quietly brilliant with Claude.
  • Most are using it like a search engine, and getting search engine answers back.
  • One or two are pasting things into it that should never leave the building.

Generic training doesn't fix that. The gap isn't knowledge. It's that nobody has sat down with your team, looked at the actual work, and built something with them. So that's what we do.

Who it is for

Who is this Claude training for?

It's for SMEs in the UAE whose people do knowledge work: operations, finance, marketing, sales, admin and client delivery. It suits teams of 10 to 30, teams that already pay for Claude and don't use it, and teams where people already use Claude but nobody has agreed what good looks like.

Mixed teams are the normal shape of a day. Ten people from five teams is fine. The morning is shared; from half ten each person works on their own job. The surveyor pulls apart the take-off. The project manager pulls apart the weekly report. The person in sales pulls apart the follow-up.

Already using Claude every day? Those are the best days, because the questions are ready. You go straight to what most teams never reach: judging the confident wrong answer, Projects and skills on your own files, Claude set up against the right folders, and the governance that makes it safe to go further.

Who this is not for:

  • Engineering teams wanting deep API and agent work. Different day.
  • Anyone wanting a tour of twelve tools. We do one properly.
  • A business of one or two people. The Founders plugin suits you better.
The day itself

What is the format of the training day?

One day, one room of up to 10, in person at your offices or remote, with the same timetable either way. Before the day we pick one real process with you and build a worked example from your data; after it, we come back at day 30.

We cap rooms at 10 because the afternoon is hands on, and we can't usefully look over more than ten shoulders at once, in a room or on screen. Bigger organisations book several rooms, which also spreads your champions out instead of stacking them in one team.

The whole day, hour by hour

We publish the timetable in full. You're signing off a day out for your team, so you should be able to picture it before you pay for it.

A 30 minute call

We pick one real process that eats hours every week. You send us one real dataset. We build something from it before the day.

What Claude actually is

How it behaves differently from ChatGPT and Copilot on real work, and where each one wins. Including where Claude is the wrong tool, because sometimes it is.

The 3-5-4 Method

We take a job your team does every week and pull it apart together. Three signs. Five questions. Four decisions. Thirty minutes and you have your first pilot picked.

Spotting the confident wrong answer

Judging output. The single largest domain in Anthropic's own certification blueprint, and the one most training skips.

Lunch

Provided by you. Eaten by us. On a remote day, everyone takes a proper break away from the screen.

The reveal

We show you what we built from your data before the day. Then we show exactly how, so it stops looking like magic and starts looking like a method.

Your team builds

Their hands on the keyboard. Their real work. Us walking the room, or dropping into each person's shared screen on a remote day.

Show and tell

Everyone demonstrates what they made. This is usually where the sceptic changes their mind, and it is worth more than anything we say all day.

Govern

Your red lines. What never goes near a model. Who signs off what. Written down before anyone leaves the room or the call.

Monday

Each person writes down three things they will do differently in their first week back. You keep the list. We keep a copy.

We come back

We look at what stuck and what did not, and we fix it. Booked before the day ends, in person or on a video call. Included in the price.

Where do we start? The 3-5-4 Method

Every business asks us the same thing first. So at half ten we stop talking about AI and take a job your team does every week. Three signs that a task is worth looking at. Five questions that map how it actually works, which most teams have never once written down. Four decisions about what to automate and what to leave well alone. You walk out with your first pilot chosen, and the reasoning you used to choose it. That second part is the bit you keep.

The 3-5-4 Method Find your first AI use case in 30 minutes 3 Signs Where to look 01 Repetitive Every day or every week 02 Slow but simple Takes ages, rules are clear 03 Copy and paste Between systems Two out of three, worth a look. 5 Questions Map the workflow 01 What triggers it? 02 What are the steps? 03 Where are the handoffs? 04 How long does each take? 05 Where is the bottleneck? Write it down. Most never have. 4 Decisions What to do about it 01 Must stay human Judgement. Leave it alone. 02 Pure data work Automate this first. 03 Waiting time Delete it. 04 The 80% case Humans take the exceptions. One problem. One pilot. One measurable outcome. Setup is part of the day

Asking Claude a question and giving Claude a job are different things. A normal chat gives one answer and forgets it. Set up against a folder on your machine, Claude carries the task out. (This is the hand-off way of working Anthropic used to call Claude Cowork, formerly a separate tab and now simply part of Claude.) So we set Claude up on the machines your team uses, connected to the right folders and tools, with the data line drawn before it touches a file. On a remote day we do it with each person over a shared screen.

Bring the sceptic

Every room has one. Arms folded, back row, seen three technology rollouts come and go. They're usually the most experienced person there, and they're not being difficult. They're being sensible. They're also the one everybody else actually listens to. So we build the afternoon around their work. It's the main reason these days still show something at day 30.

What you keep

What will our team leave with?

Every person leaves with a Claude skill for the job they do most, two or three saved workflows for weekly work, and a written list of three things they'll change on Monday. The business leaves with a worked example built from its own data, written governance red lines, and a follow up booked for day 30.

Every person leaves with:

  • A skill for the job they do most, that runs whenever they do that job (what a Claude skill is)
  • Two or three saved workflows for things they do weekly
  • Their written Monday list: three specific changes

The business leaves with:

  • The worked example we built from your data, and the method behind it
  • The best skills written up and shared, so one person's good week becomes everybody's default
  • A written record of every workflow built on the day
  • Your first governance red lines, agreed on the day
  • A follow up in the diary for day 30

What each team might build

These are illustrations to help you picture the day, not client results. Your day is built on your own work.

  • Finance and admin: a first draft of month-end commentary from your management accounts; a skill that answers routine invoice and expense queries from your own policy; a weekly cash and aged-debt summary, ready for a person to check.
  • Marketing: campaign briefs built from your own template; first drafts of posts and emails in your brand voice; a monthly results summary from your campaign reports.
  • Operations: SOP updates drafted from what the team actually does now; meeting notes turned into actions, owners and dates; a weekly operations report from your trackers and spreadsheets.
  • Consulting and client delivery: first drafts of proposals from your past work and templates; first drafts of client reports in your house style; research summaries from long documents and guidance.
Governance and data

How does the training handle AI governance and data?

Governance comes first, not last. Your red lines are written down at 16:00 on the day, your data is handled under a one page agreement, and the plugin your team trains on starts restricted: it drafts and never sends, reads money and never changes it, and never deletes.

  • Your data: one dataset, sent before the day, used to build a single worked example. We don't keep it afterwards and it never trains a model. The agreement covers retention, scope and deletion in plain English.
  • Restricted from day one: off the web, no external connectors, a baseline rule pack loaded.
  • Governed when your rules are in: with AI Governance (from AED 15,600 exc VAT, about USD 4,250; about a week if your inputs come back quickly, usually two), your AI Policy, DPIA screening and AI Manifesto are enforced inside Claude itself. Then web access and connectors switch on. Claude applies your rules for you: it reads finance systems without changing them, works only in the folders you approve, and holds anything a client will see until a person signs it off.
  • The standards we work to: we map technical governance to ISO/IEC 42001, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), the DIFC Data Protection Law (DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020) or the ADGM Data Protection Regulations 2021 for firms in those free zones, and the UAE Charter for the Development and Use of Artificial Intelligence (2024).

A policy document relies on people remembering it. A rule built into the tool holds while your team is still learning it.

Price

How much does Claude training cost for a team?

One offer with two prices inside it: the set-up, AED 16,800 (about USD 4,580) paid once (introductory price until 1 January 2027, then AED 24,000, about USD 6,540), and AED 12,000 (about USD 3,270) per room of up to 10. All prices exclude VAT, and the price of a room doesn't move when the tenth person walks in.

We price the room. Most of this market prices the head. Per-head pricing gets dearer the more people you bring, so here it is worked out. A large UK provider currently charges the equivalent of about AED 7,200 per delegate for a one day Claude course. For twenty of your people that's about AED 144,000. With us, the same twenty people is the set-up and two Team Days: AED 40,800 in total, exc VAT. (Comparison figure is a published per delegate rate, correct at August 2026, converted at 4.8 dirhams to the pound.)

Every Team Day includes the scoping call, the worked example built from your data, and the day 30 follow up.

From you, before the day:

  • A 30 minute call to pick the process
  • One real dataset, under the written agreement
  • A working Claude account for each person. Pro or Team gets the most out of the day, because we cover Projects, skills and longer context. We'll tell you exactly what to buy on the scoping call; Anthropic sets its own prices at claude.com/pricing
  • In person: a room, a screen and lunch. Remote: a working camera and connection for each person
  • Two or three real jobs each person actually does

We take no commission on licences, and we'll tell you the cheapest thing that works.

Add-ons (all exc VAT): Leadership Strategy Day AED 28,800 (about USD 7,850, up to 8). Specialist days, for example sales or finance. Copilot Day from AED 12,000 (about USD 3,270). Where every team needs a day of its own, that's the Enterprise Programme: fortnightly or monthly workshops, each built around a different team, quoted on cadence and headcount. See all pricing

Certification

Does the day prepare people for Anthropic's Claude certification?

The day is aligned to Anthropic's published blueprint for the Claude Certified Associate and covers all seven of its domains. It's preparation, not a guarantee: Anthropic say no resource ensures a pass, and neither do we.

Domain (weighting)Where it's covered
Judging output (21%)11:30
Workflow integration (16%)13:15 and 14:00, on your own processes
Governance and responsible use (15%)16:00, your red lines written down
Prompting and task execution (14%)10:30
Model selection (12%)09:30
Configuration and knowledge (12%)14:00
Troubleshooting and optimisation (10%)14:00, and again at day 30

Exam content is confidential and we never teach it.

Already on Copilot

"We already pay for Copilot." Do we still need Claude training?

Probably both, and we'll say so on the day. Copilot lives inside Microsoft 365 and is strong on the documents and meetings already in your tenant; Claude is better on long documents, messy data and anything that takes more than one step to think through.

We show your team which tool wins which job, so nobody loses an afternoon fighting the wrong one. Where Claude beats Copilot, and where it doesn't

For one or two people

Just you, or you and one other?

Then you don't need a training day. The Founders plugin is Claude set up around a business of one or two people: you install it, answer its questions at your own pace, then get 2 hours one to one with a trained IgniteAI practitioner, at an AED 13,200 (about USD 3,600) launch price, exc VAT.

It puts your weekly work on a schedule and sets up the three workflows from Anthropic's Claude for Small Business plugin that fit how you work. It drafts and never sends, money is read only, it never deletes, and anything a client will see waits for you. See the Founders plugin

Questions

The ones people actually ask

What is the best Claude training for teams?

Training built on your team's own work, not a generic course. Look for three things: the day uses your real processes and data, every person leaves with something built that they use the next week, and someone checks in afterwards. Ours does all three: one day per room of up to 10, in person or remote, with a day 30 follow up, run by a Claude Certified Services Partner.

Where can we book Claude training in the UAE for an SME team of 10 to 30 people?

With Ignite AI Solutions. A team of 10 to 30 is the size we train most often: a one-off set-up, then one Team Day per room of up to 10. 10 people is AED 28,800 (about USD 7,850), 20 people is AED 40,800 (about USD 11,120) and 30 people is AED 52,800 (about USD 14,390), all exc VAT, at the AED 16,800 introductory set-up price that runs until 1 January 2027. Call +971 55 760 6213 or email chris@igniteaisolutions.ai.

We have Claude licences going unused. Who can train the team on daily use?

We can. Licences go unused when nobody has shown people how Claude fits the work they already do. On the day each person takes one weekly job, builds it into Claude as a skill, and leaves with it working. The day 30 follow up checks it is still in use.

Do you run Claude training in Dubai?

Yes. We run Team Days at your offices in Dubai and across the UAE, or remotely, and our UAE office is at Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis.

Is the training in person or remote?

Either. We run the day at your offices or remotely, with the same timetable, the same build from your data and the same day 30 follow up.

How much is Claude training for a team?

The set-up is AED 16,800 (about USD 4,580), paid once, at the introductory price until 1 January 2027, then AED 24,000 (about USD 6,540). Training is AED 12,000 (about USD 3,270) per room of up to 10. About 20 people comes to AED 40,800 (about USD 11,120) in total, exc VAT. Every price is published on our pricing page.

What happens to our data?

You send us one dataset before the day under a one page agreement. We use it to build a single worked example. We do not keep it afterwards and it never trains a model. The agreement covers retention, scope and deletion in plain English.

Do we need Claude licences first?

Everyone attending needs a working Claude account. Pro or Team gets the most out of the day because we cover Projects, skills and longer context. We tell you exactly what to buy on the scoping call, and we take no commission on it.

Our people do different jobs. Does one day still work?

Yes, and it is the normal shape of a Team Day. The morning is shared. From half ten each person works on their own job: their own process through the 3-5-4 Method, their own skill built in the afternoon, their own three things for Monday. Where each team needs a full day of its own, that is the Enterprise Programme.

Do you build Projects or skills?

Both. A Project holds what Claude should know about a piece of work: your files and context. A skill holds how a job gets done, so it runs the same way every time. On the day each person builds a skill for the job they do most, because that is the thing still working three weeks later.

Do people need a technical background?

No. The day is built for knowledge workers in operations, finance, marketing, sales and admin. Nobody writes code or touches an API.

We are a business of one or two people. Is this for us?

The Founders plugin will serve you better. It gives you best-practice foundations to build on: you run /start, then get 2 hours one to one with a trained IgniteAI practitioner, at an AED 13,200 (about USD 3,600) launch price, exc VAT.

What if the day does not land?

Tell us on the day and we keep working until it does. That is also what the day 30 follow up is for. We would rather fix it than keep the fee and collect a bad review.
